Who I Am
Hi, I'm Patrick — an IT Service Desk professional with 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise, healthcare, and government teams, specializing in troubleshooting, incident escalation, and identity & access management. Outside the ticket queue, I'm building a second career in front-end web development, designing and building clean, modern sites — including for small businesses looking to get online. I'm also a dog dad of two lovely girls, and I've got the greatest support system in the world. When I'm not resolving tickets or writing code, you'll probably find me streaming on Twitch.
